Home / ESP Air Purifier / FKE-W: Kitchen Exhaust Wet Scrubber
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Traditional Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) technology alone often struggles and faces critical limitations when handling heavy-duty commercial kitchen exhaust, particularly in demanding BBQ and grilling scenarios. High concentrations of dense black smoke, heavy grease, and charcoal dust can rapidly foul the collection plates, triggering frequent electric arcing, sparking, and premature ESP failure.
To overcome this, the FKE-W Kitchen Exhaust Wet Scrubber is engineered as a highly effective front-end pre-treatment solution. This system introduces an innovative water film scrubbing and cooling technology right before the fume purifier. By intercepting heavy pollutants and lowering temperatures right at the source, it shields downstream ESP filters from overload, ensuring stable, long-lasting, and efficient purification performance.

Heavy-duty grease & smoke pre-treatment: Specifically engineered for severe heavy-pollution environments like commercial charcoal and wood grilling. It effectively captures dense BBQ smoke, thick oil mist, and black ash at the front end before they can reach downstream purifiers. This target-focused intercept prevents backend ESP units from fouling, grounding out, or experiencing electric arcing and failure.
Rapid cooling and fire risk reduction: High-temperature kitchen exhaust exceeding 100°C is instantly cooled down to below 50°C through the integrated high-efficiency water spray and water film system. This rapid thermal reduction effectively extinguishes stray sparks, eliminates spontaneous combustion hazards inside the ductwork, and safely protects downstream filtration equipment.
Eco-friendly and low O&M cost: The unit is equipped with a sustainable closed-loop water circulation system that minimizes water consumption compared to traditional single-use spray systems. By capturing the vast majority of grease and particulates early on, it dramatically extends the cleaning and maintenance intervals of downstream filters, significantly driving down overall operational costs.
Durable and reliable engineering: The system features a robust, corrosion-resistant outer casing built to withstand harsh, humid, and continuous wet operating conditions. Heavy-duty compression latches and an optimized internal drainage design ensure zero water leakage and long-term structural integrity.
